A gathering of key stakeholders to reflect on our achievements and future strategies.
On September 17, 2024, Skills for Change held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Scotia Plaza Tower in Toronto, ON. The event brought together key stakeholders to reflect on the organization’s achievements over the past year and discuss strategies for the future.

With 76 registered attendees (excluding board members and the executive team), the AGM provided an important opportunity to review the organization’s progress, make crucial decisions, and engage with the community.

Event Highlights:

• The meeting began with the Call to Order and Establishment of Quorum, followed by a review and approval of the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes and the Agenda.
• The Financial Report was presented by the Treasurer, including the Auditor’s Report and the election of the Treasurer & Auditor.
• The Chief Executive Officer’s Report provided insights into the organization’s achievements, challenges, and vision for the future.
• A special Annual Report Presentation featured a slideshow that highlighted the key accomplishments of 2023-2024, showcasing the organization’s milestones and impact over the past year.

The meeting concluded with a formal Adjournment, marking the end of a successful and engaging AGM.
